  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Add the condensed milk and shredded coconut to the pan and stir well to combine.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
