  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice or pineapple juice for variation
  • 1 cup filtered water

Optional Add-ons

  • 1 tsp raw honey optional sweetener
  • 0.5 tsp grated ginger for extra digestion support
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional for metabolism boost

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and measure out apple cider vinegar, lemon or pineapple juice, and filtered water.
  • Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and water to a glass or mason jar.
  • Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. Add optional ginger, cayenne, or honey if using.
  • Taste and adjust: dilute with more water if needed or balance with honey for sweetness.
  • Serve immediately. Best enjoyed in the morning or 20 minutes before meals.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours if preparing ahead. Rinse mouth after drinking due to acidity. Use organic ingredients when possible.
