Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Place the salmon fillets on the foil. Drizzle with olive oil and rub in the minced garlic.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Arrange lemon slices and cherry tomatoes (if using) around the salmon.
  • Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  • Carefully open the foil (watch out for steam) and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra boost of flavor, drizzle with additional lemon juice or serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
