Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the salmon fillets on the foil. Drizzle with olive oil and rub in the minced garlic.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Arrange lemon slices and cherry tomatoes (if using) around the salmon.
Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
Carefully open the foil (watch out for steam) and serve warm.
Notes
For an extra boost of flavor, drizzle with additional lemon juice or serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
