Green Mounjaro Base

  • 1 handful fresh spinach rinsed
  • 1/2 cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 green apple chopped
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water filtered

Instructions
 

  • Rinse all fresh produce thoroughly under cold running water.
  • Add spinach, cucumber, green apple, grated ginger, and lemon juice to a blender.
  • Pour in the filtered water and blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth.
  • Stir in chia seeds and pulse for 5–10 seconds until evenly distributed.
  • Serve immediately in a chilled glass. Optionally garnish with a mint leaf or lemon slice.
