Instructions
Rinse all fresh produce thoroughly under cold running water.
Add spinach, cucumber, green apple, grated ginger, and lemon juice to a blender.
Pour in the filtered water and blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds and pulse for 5–10 seconds until evenly distributed.
Serve immediately in a chilled glass. Optionally garnish with a mint leaf or lemon slice.
