Himalayan blue salt
finely ground or crushed coarse salt

lemon juice

Instructions
Warm the water to just above room temperature. Avoid boiling it.
Stir in Himalayan blue salt until fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice and honey (if using), then stir again with a wooden spoon.
Let the drink sit for 5–10 minutes to activate minerals and infuse flavors.
Drink first thing in the morning, post-workout, or before bed for best effects.
Notes
Avoid using metal utensils, which can react with salt. Customize with mint, turmeric, or apple cider vinegar for added benefits.
