Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm filtered water not hot
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan blue salt finely ground or crushed coarse salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional for flavor and immunity
  • 1 slice ginger root optional, for digestive support

Instructions
 

  • Warm the water to just above room temperature. Avoid boiling it.
  • Stir in Himalayan blue salt until fully dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and honey (if using), then stir again with a wooden spoon.
  • Let the drink sit for 5–10 minutes to activate minerals and infuse flavors.
  • Drink first thing in the morning, post-workout, or before bed for best effects.

Notes

Avoid using metal utensils, which can react with salt. Customize with mint, turmeric, or apple cider vinegar for added benefits.
