Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Rub this spice mix onto the chicken slices, ensuring they're evenly coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice golden-brown sear.
  • Once cooked, drizzle lime juice over the chicken and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the spice mix. Serve with steamed rice, sautéed vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
