Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar use organic, with the 'mother'
  • 0.5 lemon freshly squeezed juice
  • 1 tsp ginger freshly grated
  • 1 cup warm water not boiling

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional, to boost metabolism

Instructions
 

  • Pour warm water into a glass.
  • Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir.
  • Grate fresh ginger and add to the glass.
  • Mix in the apple cider vinegar.
  • Add optional honey or cayenne pepper if desired. Stir well and drink immediately.

Notes

Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals. Limit to once or twice daily. Always use organic, fresh ingredients for best results.
