Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pcs boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Serving

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to marinate.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
  • Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Serve hot with a side of brown rice and steamed broccoli for a balanced, flavorful plate.

Notes

You can replace chicken with tofu or tempeh for a vegetarian twist. Add a dash of cayenne if you love heat.
