Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to marinate.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Serve hot with a side of brown rice and steamed broccoli for a balanced, flavorful plate.
Notes
You can replace chicken with tofu or tempeh for a vegetarian twist. Add a dash of cayenne if you love heat.
