Ingredients
  

Base Mix

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder organic, or use fresh grated turmeric
  • 1 tsp grated ginger or ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered, with the mother
  • 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp raw honey for sweetness
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper for metabolism boost

Instructions
 

  • Warm 1 cup of water until hot but not boiling.
  • In a glass mug or jar, combine turmeric, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon.
  • Stir thoroughly. Let sit for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
  • Add lemon juice, honey, or cayenne if using. Stir again and serve warm or chilled.

Notes

This recipe works best taken in the morning on an empty stomach. For a cooler version, chill it for 1–2 hours and serve with lemon slices. Adjust strength by adding more or less ACV.
