Ingredients
  

Juice Base

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup papaya chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 passion fruit pulp from 2 passion fruits
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • Optional Add-Ons
  • 1 tsp chia seeds for added fiber
  • 1 tsp grated ginger for a spicy kick
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder for anti-inflammatory benefits

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fruits by peeling and chopping the pineapple and papaya into chunks. Scoop out the pulp from the passion fruits.
  • In a blender, combine the pineapple, papaya, passion fruit pulp, and coconut water.
  • Add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth. If a smoother texture is desired, strain the juice to remove pulp.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a natural sweetener of your choice.
  • Pour the juice into glasses, add ice if desired, and serve chilled.
