Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 tbsp Skyline Chili sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
  • 1 tbsp chocolate drizzle optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and Skyline Chili sauce.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese and a drizzle of chocolate.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut milk and coconut cream for the heavy cream and whole milk.
