Instructions
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and Skyline Chili sauce.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese and a drizzle of chocolate.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut milk and coconut cream for the heavy cream and whole milk.
