Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cassava, sweetened condensed milk, and shredded coconut. Stir until fully blended.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly onto the tray, shaping into squares or logs as preferred.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top and slightly firm.
